You can customise the Shortways Assistant look & feel with your company or application standard colors and styles.
A 'design your own Shortways' page is available for you and provides an overview of the custom settings. You can download a custom style file when you're ok with the design.
The file must be sent to our support email address support@shortways.com to be implementation.
The custom style file processing time is 48 to 72 hours.
The look & feel can be adjusted free of charge until you open the Shortways Assistant usage to your end users.
After opening, updates come with a fee as described in the contract financial appendix.
